Richard Witt is a Navajo artist born and raised in Northern Utah. He was adopted into a large family when he was 8 years old. Richard’s talent was apparent from a very early age. He created beautiful paintings and drawings for family and friends.
Richard served in the United States Army and spent many years as a skilled carpenter. He has recently decided to turn his focus back to creating art that touches and feeds his soul. Richard creates images of Native American subjects, Western landscapes, portraiture, and is well known for his depiction of the power and majesty of horses.
